We know how a good flavor note can bring a smile to your face, just like a love note, a sweet text message, or a note on a lunchbox napkin, Little Notes Baking Company hopes you will experience deliciousness and kindness in every bite! We use wholesome and flavorful ingredients like organic flour and sugar, as well as grass fed butter and Guittard and Ghirardelli chocolate. We love to source ingredients locally too!

My Story

I started Little Notes Baking Company because I've always loved baking for my family and for anyone else who has a sweet tooth and enjoys a warm cookie! From my kids' favorite chocolate chip cookie - our OG Chocolate Chip (the recipe I know by heart) to my sugar cookies my friends clamor for, everything we bake is reminiscent of a favorite memory and good times! Our Philly Nosh is a recipe I made from scratch - story to follow!

We are opening our doors in September 2025. You will find us at farmers' markets around the Philadelphia area and you can order cookies online for local delivery. Shipping to other states coming in time for the holidays!
